How do I register the CCSS Software? Or Your Trial License has expired.

  1. In the Complete Campus Security Solution software, go to Help, and then Register License.
  2. Enter a "Registration Name" (e.g. Southwest Elementary) and click Next.
  3. The Software will now display the name you entered and provide you with a "Registration ID".
  4. Go to www.identakid.net/ereg.
  5. Click on New User. (Current users or "Your standard license has expired," please use the email and password set during previous registration and instead click Log In, skip to Step 12.)
  6. Enter the "Registration ID" and the "Registration Name" you entered in the Software. (Please Copy & Paste, because this requires an exact match.)
  7. Click on Submit.
  8. Fill in all of the required information. ( Please write down and keep this password in a safe place.)
  9. Click on Submit.
  10. Verify all of the information to ensure it is all correct, then click Finish.
  11. On the next screen, click OK, and this will take you to the "User Console".
  12. Select your "Registration ID" and then click on Manage Licenses.
  13. Now click Get/Renew License.
  14. Your License Code will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration. (An additional email recipient can be added using the Edit Profile button from the "User Console"; however, this email cannot be used as a second login.)
